MS. CAMPBELL:
What is your favorite thing about teaching? My favorite thing about teaching is when my motley crew of kiddos really start to become a class family. Kids have such big hearts and their vulnerability and eagerness to learn and grow together is what inspires me to show up everyday and be better for them. I'm always so amazed by the things that they teach me!
How long have you been teaching and how long have you been at Richardson? This is my third year teaching and my first year as a teacher here at Richardson. It felt like coming home because I did my student teaching here and worked as a kindergarten IA before becoming a teacher.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of school? My favorite thing to do outside of school is to try and get out in nature. I love heading up the mountain for a hike or chucking disc at the park with friends and family. I'm also a sucker for sleeping in and snuggling with my fur babies, Hobbes and Tobias, on the weekends.
MS. BATSOEV:
What is your favorite thing about teaching? My favorite thing about teaching is connecting with my students! I love seeing their art work, hearing about any cool movies or shows they are into. Kids are so creative and cool! I love Richardson because it has always felt like a home.
How long have you been teaching and how long have you been at Richardson? I have been teaching for two years now, all being at Richardson.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of school? My favorite thing to do outside of school is painting, cooking, playing video games. I also love watching tons of movies!
